TECNOLOGY AND INNOVATION

Lagor designs and constructs its own cutting lines to reduce the impact of processing on the magnetic properties of G.O. steel, including laser scribed HIB steel.
Lagor's devices are able to ensure maximum flexibility and timeliness, and if necessary, personalised solutions.

STEP-LAP-LAGOR SYSTEM (A LAGOR'S PATENT)

The Step-Lap-Lagor software, self developed, allows the integration and connection of each part of the process, from planning up to the delivery of the finished core.
It assures the real-time monitoring of all production parameters.
The system continuously re-calculates the average no-load losses of the core in production and suggests the coils to be used to complete the production in order to obtain final magnetic performances closest to the requested values.

PASS-LINE

Lagor has developed an advanced continuous measuring system (pass-line) for checking on line the perfomance of each coil.
For any coil received thousands of measurements are stored in the database to optimize the future use.
